Training and coaching young adults is the core business of KATHO.
A team of 520 lecturers creates a fascinating study environment through practise-oriented study programmes. This learning process includes developing values, ethical reflection and interpretation.
Practice-oriented knowledge, social and practical skills and strong attitude building are the pillars of every KATHO study programme. Classroom lectures are supplemented by on-the-job training, during which students’ knowledge, skills and attitudes are put to the test. This is one of the reasons why KATHO is highly appreciated by numerous employers.
