These students are required to attend the full programme of 120 credits. (2) Students who have achieved great distinction or greatest distinction in a Masterís degree in Philosophy, in Moral Sciences or in Philosophy and Moral Sciences at a Flemish university. These students can be exempt from 60 credits of the programme and obtain the degree upon the successful completion of a track of 60 credits. Other students may be admitted to the study programme following a review procedure. There are three categories that qualify: (1) Students who have gained a Bachelorís or Masterís degree in Philosophy, in Moral Sciences or in Philosophy and Moral Sciences at a Flemish university, but failed to achieve the required grade. During the review procedure, it will be examined whether there are reasons to admit those students to the study programme (e.g. a very high mark for the Masterís dissertation). (2) Students who have achieved another Masterís degree at a Flemish university. The review procedure is there to establish whether they achieved good enough study results for sufficient philosophical/moral science course units and whether they are sufficiently motivated for the study programme. (3) Students with a Bachelorís or Masterís degree from a university outside the Flemish Community. During the review procedure, it is examined whether their study results are good enough and whether they have attended sufficient philosophical/moral science course units. In the process, the level of the degree is checked to ensure that it is equivalent to a Flemish academic Bachelorís or Masterís degree.|
